Report and block

Controls where you need them

Report and Block controls are available on a person’s profile. They are also available in an active chat. Blocking removes the connection. It prevents future matching. Authorized personnel may review reports and relevant context. You can also contact Soulmate Support with the relevant name and context.

Conversation sharing

What stays out. What may be shared.

A match can see your photos and profile basics, along with a few selected insights about things you have in common. Those insights may draw on any conversation with Soulmate. Your voice recordings, full transcripts, and exact messages are not shared with matches.

There is no off-the-record mode or per-message sharing switch. You can skip a topic, change the subject, or stop whenever you want. Share only what you’re comfortable having reflected in an introduction.

Soulmate processes voice conversations, including recording, transcription, and storage, as described in the Privacy Policy. Not sharing recordings with matches is not the same as saying conversations aren’t stored or processed.
