- How does Soulmate work?
- Add at least three photos. Complete guided voice Stories about your life, values, interests, and relationship goals. After three Stories, Soulmate starts searching. It notifies you when a thoughtful introduction is ready.
- Do I have to swipe or write profile prompts?
- No. Add photos and preferences. Skip the written prompts and endless browsing feed. Soulmate learns through guided voice conversations. It shows one thoughtfully chosen person at a time.
- When will I receive an introduction?
- Timing varies. Preferences, location, community size, and quality checks all matter. Soulmate does not guarantee a delivery time. Keep living your life. The app will notify you when someone is worth meeting.
- What do other people see from my Stories?
- Stories are labeled Private or Shared with matches. A Shared Story may add selected textual insights to an introduction. Your voice recording is not shared with matches. Neither is your full conversation or transcript. Profile photos are shown to potential matches.
- Is Soulmate free?
- Soulmate is free to download. On the current iPhone app, Likes stay free through your first mutual Match. Membership may be required for later Likes. The app shows current plans and localized pricing before purchase. It also shows renewal terms.

- How old do I need to be?
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Can I look for friends?
